BANQUET INFORMATION
Thank you for expressing interest in our Banquet Facilities.
Our Entire Facility is Non Smoking
• Please Note: No booking will be considered firm unless the room deposit has been paid. If the room deposit has not been paid and another party is interested in booking with us, you will be given 24 hours to firm up with a deposit or your booking will be cancelled.
• No deposits will be refunded if the event is cancelled for any reason less than 72 hours prior to the event date.
• All events are booked in 4 hour increments; additional time may be purchased by the hour.
• All banquets are served buffet style.
• If you have not contracted for alcoholic beverage service, but you have no objections to your guests paying for their own alcoholic beverages, we can provide a cash bar. We need to be made aware of your choice for a cash bar option two weeks prior to the event.
A bartender will be hired at your cost.
• Not all liquor or beer brands may be available in the banquet facility. If you have a particular alcohol request, we will need to know two weeks prior to the event date.
• Tax and 20% gratuity is included in all the listed prices.
• A minimum deposit of $50.00 is required to hold the date desired.
• Two weeks (14 days) prior to the event, the client must submit confirmed head count, final menu selections, final bar selections, and a 50% deposit.
• Upon confirmation, this head count will be used for ordering and preparation purposes. Any additional guests not included in the head count will be charged full price.
• If the confirmed head count changes, Stefanina’s-Troy must be notified no less than 72 hours prior to the date of the event. If the confirmed head count changes, Stefanina’s-Troy reserves the right to make any necessary menu alterations.
• Once the 50% deposit has been received, a $100.00 cancellation fee will be kept by the caterer if the event is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the event date.
• No food, snacks, alcohol of any kind, may be brought into the facility.
• No Nails-Tacks-Tape-Sticky Putty-etc. allowed in the facility or on the walls.
• No confetti decorations allowed.
*PAYMENT IS EXPECTED AT THE END OF THE BANQUET*

Bar Options
The bar is provided in 4 hour increments. The customer pays for the bartender ($7.50 an hour plus tips). Anyone over the age of 21 will be charged the per person price, this number must be confirmed along with the food head count (2 weeks prior to the event date).

Bar Option #1
Open Bar- We will run a tab and add the bartender’s fee and 20% gratuity for the bartender.

Bar Option# 2
The Noodle Bar- The host will decide the amount of pre-paid drinks per person for the evening. Each guest over the age of 21 will then receive that agreed upon amount of noodles. After an individual has used all of their noodles for drinks, they may then resort to a cash bar. We will add the bartender’s fee and 20% gratuity for the bartender.

Bar Option #3
Total Cash Bar- All of the guests will pay for their own drink, we will add the bartender’s fee and leave a tip jar out on the bar.

Bar Option# 4
$8.00 per person. This includes-
Bud Light Draft
3 wine selections
Cash bar will be set up for mixed drinks
We will add the bartender’s fee and 20% gratuity for the bartender; a tip jar will also be set out.

Bar Option# 5
$13.00 per person. This includes-
Bud Light Draft
3 wine selections
Mixed drinks using House liquor
Cash bar can be set up with Call liquor if needed
We will add the bartender’s fee and 20% gratuity for the bartender; a tip jar will also be set out if there is a cash bar set up.

$18.00 per person. This includes-

Mixed drinks using Call liquor
We will add the bartender’s fee and 20% gratuity for the bartender.

If you choose to have a bar option, please let us know what type of beer/liquor you wish to have 2 weeks prior to the event.
